Our goal is simple: We facilitate access to finance for climate change mitigation and resilience projects in cities. To achieve our goals we target four main areas:

Governance
Funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), the Government of the United Kingdom, the Children's Investment Fund Foundation and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the initiative is implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH and the C40 Cities Climate Leadership Group.
